Status Updates From Les Dieux lents

my spidey senses absolutely never fail like as soon as this crossed my desk I just knew it could have The Omph and lo and behold look who’s shortlisted for the le guin prize. soooooo excited like rubbing my hands together and doing a little jig like rumplestiltskin

I didn’t really know much going into this, and I think had I known more about the book I wouldn’t have picked it up tbh cause its not really my thing. I think there are some interesting elements, but the writing style is not drawing me in and I kind of have to force myself to listen to this at work. I’m gonna finish it regardless
