Status Updates From Cut Off (Beaver County)

It’s been two months maybe three and not one date but um sure marry me.

So she asked him to be together in a text. Then it fast forwards two weeks and they still haven’t talked after she quit her job and moved back to town. Two weeks ago and told him in a text what she wanted. Not even in person. WTH

So he dresses her up for a surprise party to celebrate her new job but it actually is to support a podcast that isn’t the job she’s taking.. I’m so confused

They put away groceries then he checks her out then suddenly a serious conversation about his future in hockey out of nowhere. Then sex. Then her new job like it seems like they were three different senses spliced together that has no continuity and don’t make sense together or could happen in that order with no lead up I’m confused.
