1st attempt: a version made with galangal and a splash of candied kumquat syrup. Pretty good. Interested in trying other flavor versions. Perhaps with sparking water.

Lemon-Egg Soup Pretty good first experiment. Made a version based on what we had in stock. Want to compare to the similar soup in the Enchanted Broccoli Forest. Different texture simply because of adding a little hot soup to the egg to cook it before dropping it into the soup base.

"... many real world dishes I might think of as Dornish include tomatoes, which are not found in Westeros." What?! No tomatoes in Westeros?! I knew it was a bleak, often gruesome world, but I hadn't realized it was this bad!
