I never would have picked up this book if I knew the female main character had a history of drug and alcohol abuse. Especially because she was strung out and high while taking care of her daughter. And I'm supposed to root for this girl? I don't care if she had a history of being abused. She didn't have to turn into a piece of crap.

The author has started this book by making everything about the pack from the previous book. I don't care about them. I don't know them, but the supposed FMC for this book is living with them and acting as their own personal Cinderella. She's doing all the cooking, cleaning, and running of errands for Norah because she's too delicate and pregnant. It's rubbing me the wrong way.
