I absolutely mean to be dramatic, but if one more side character is introduced I will DNF. I’m all for adding additional characters when they add to the story but this is a blatant setup for upcoming books only. I don’t care about any of these people/werewolves/shaman/Howlers/the lady who sells cheese etc…
