Perils , AI copies musicians: "Every since I was a child, music has thrilled me and moved me to the very core. And every piece that | love feels like it's a direct message from the emotional heart of the human being who composed it. It feels like it is giving me access to their innermost soul.... It feels like there is nothing more human in the world than that expression of music."

The touring test - can a machine fool a human into thinking it is human via blinded communication
Weak AI
Strong AI - to the philosopher , it requires creativity
Also , what about consciousness? Cannot be replicated in a machine; in fact we dont even understand how WE are conscious.

What is intelligence?
There seem to be many intelligences
Consciousness - awareness of self - and self reflection - adaptability - goal setting - changes in plans to achieve the goal seem to be part of intelligence. A knowledge base - deep knowledge about a single less useful thing; = nerd; deep knowledge about a single useful thing = expert; deep knowledge about a lot of things = Genius

Went on the befriend babbage and create the difference engine precursor to computer.
Then the analytical engine , used to weave algebraic equations. She took things so much further, creating the algorithms that led to computing
