I'm hoping book 3 has more progression on the feelings developing between both main characters
I know officer ward is meant to be the handsome catch in the story but I just don't see him with ms talbott and even feel myself questioning his motives (though her encouraging his flirtations is clearly the main reason for his pursuit -.-

I can’t believe that’s how this book ends!!!! This is getting so good. I looooove watching these two evolve.
