Not sure what to expect from this one… looks promising, but I haven’t read her first book yet. It’s been really interesting and in-depth. So far so good!

I am moving through this at a glacial pace. It’s a great layman’s guide to religious trauma therapy. So much valuable information! I am unfortunately burnt out from going through my own therapy and being a religious trauma therapist 😅
