Status Updates From Save Our Sins

I'm on page 85 in Save Our Sins by Phynley Meyers and so far this book reminds me of And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. Both books take place on an isolated island and have lots of secrets. In Save Our Sins the main character states, "If I didn't know any better, I'd say we've walked right into the trap of a killer" which is very similar to what happens in And Then There Were None.

okay im gonna try and call it just before its revealed but obviously theyre insinuating that the killer is Carter. But sadly... i think (based on the amount of mystery/thriller books ive read) theyll go with the 'guy who isnt suspected and has earnt our trust so when its revealed it has more of an impact' so i think itll be Dallas based on that.

So far there’s a group of college kids who are "fleeing from the murderous hands of a serial killer" on campus by going to an island for spring break (Meyers 14). The mood is very suspenseful so I think something bad is about to happen.

got an exam tmr and istg im still not prepared even though i studied for 8 hours (this week)
im gonna have exam season soon and its so hard to cram reading in even when i want to. I just use all my energy to study then i just sit in bed and im exhausted beyond belief which seems dramatic.
I really like this book though. I just need go get back into the habit of picking up my kindle and/or book even when im tired :(
