I just love these characters

Had a couple of slower days since I got hooked on some audiobooks 😅😅
The Demon Lands and different demons are well depicted here, and despite the gloomy surroundings the story doesn't feel too hopeless, if you know what I mean.

The banter and stolen moments in a demon forest are surprisingly light-hearted 😅

I haven't read Ruin Me but that hasn't bothered me with this book at all. I love how it's instantly flowing into action and the relationships between the characters are easy enough to interpret so far.
