You guys I’m not sure about this book… I’m just not sure

I'm reading another stand alone & I'm having the same issue; that I feel like there's not enough plot. I think maybe I'm spoiled by series books 🤔 😕

It was a lot of plot twist and a like the story, à little fucked up but it was a funny lover story. Love at first sight not realizing it, then enmities to lovers with Ruben being that hilarious typ of guy that is always sarcastic and never shuts up. Lia also being extremely human. I loved that. And she messed up and was selfish. Also that the gods were proven to be wrong. That’s amazing, I really like that.

This has been pretty decent but man does the FMC Urk me sometimes

I know I’m coming in blind but I thought killing the 500yr old king was gonna a bigger plot point…not done and over with in the first 40pages 😬

Omg enemies to lovers drama but also cheating vibe kinda, but she didn’t want to marry him so maybe not cheating?

Wtf!? Vad menar du att hon tog sig in i palatset och dödade mannen, vilket 7 har dött för. Så dumt enkelt. Sen blir hon förlovad utan hennes tillstånd och får reda på att the Nuns who raised her viste exactly hur allt skulle går och sa inget + de förmodligen aldrig hade tagit in eller ”älskat” henne om hon inte hade the Royal gift. + haunting ghost + ruthless old laws. If she isn’t pleasing = death!
