This whole freedom of speech first amendment thing, people really have to understand what the first amendment protects. The First Amendment protects you from being arrested by The government for speaking out against it. It doesn't protect you from losing your job or people calling you out because you said some stupid shit on the Internet and act like a total asshole.

Well the book itself is interesting, it doesn't take psychologist or sociologist to figure out why fans act so fucking crazy. People are assholes, and when their team wins they're bigger assholes. And when their team lose they're the biggest assholes.

The Italian word for fan is tifosi which comes from the Greek word for the disease typhoid and it's contagion and confusion. In Chinese the word for fan is quimi which is literally translated to "A person bewitched or charmed by a ball"
