You often hear fruit juices often contain the same amount of sugar like soft drinks & that they are not as healthy as people think.
So far I liked the most the explanation what the problem is with fruit juices vs. eating the raw fruit itself (fruits have a lot of fructose, but deliver the "antidote" at the same time: fibers (Ballaststoffe) & you can't rly overeat yself with fruits) while drinking goes so fast.

I got this ebook also via Prime Reading. It is very short (~85 pages) and I decided to read it to update my motivation to eat less sugar.
In the beginning the author tells a bit about the eating habits he used to have. Even though I eat too much sugar, I felt like a king compared to what other people (in that case the author) used to consume. :D
