kind of a meandering thought so pls correct me if this is a wrong characterization. if a woman is sa'd while in a conventional relationship with her rapist she wouldn't be considered to have been sa'd, but inversely if a woman has consentual sex with someone outside a sanctioned relationship, that's actually considered sa. and both are considered equally bad, and both would be considered her fault for happening?
