I'm in the middle of book 2 and things have slowed down a bit. There are a lot of wordy moments about nothing. Not giving up because when this series is good it is soooo good. Need some more giddy-up in things to come.

I am finished with book 1 of this 3 book set. If I rated just this book it would clearly be 5 stars. For those readers wanting endless sex scenes this book would be a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, there are erotic scenes, but it is the slow build of things to come that captured my interest. The writing is very good...call it sophisticated porn? Looking forward to book 2!
