Picked this up somewhat serendipitously, thinking that after indirect undergraduate "engagements" with Kantian philosophy and years of reading philosophy afterwards, it was time to go straight to the source.
...Finished the editor's intro and the Prefaces to both editions, and already know I'm in way over my head. Planning on taking my time with it.

The introduction is extremely dense: it is advised to carefully analyse, as Kant's style hides some important nuances that must be grasped independently. Absolutely recommended: a good understanding of Hume's problem of causality to get a clearer image of the a priori mind. Be careful with Kant's definition of empirical and pure knowledge, as they are quite precise. Skip the premise, it isn't worth torturing yourself
