This book’s treatment of someone who is visually impaired is bizarre.

Everyone around her (except the hero) is thoughtless and torments her. She moved away from her family cause they tortured her (literally) but the new community also contains people who torture her, move her furniture around, or place her stuff randomly because “I thought she was just being OCD by asking for things to be a certain way”.

Uh. There’s a difference between a bully and a murderer. Usually a mean girl doesn’t try to kill her victim. So much drama!

The number of questionable things is rising.
