This last chapter just sounded like IFS therapy, but using “God” as your main “self,” meeting the other parts with acceptance, compassion, and love.

Honestly, not loving this one. Funny enough, a lot of what is in the first few chapters feels rather Mormon to me, or at least what he's talking about has language within Mormonism. We call it testimony building, personal revelation, and pondering. I find the author sounds rather pompous, as if the way he has oriented his relationship to God is the only right way. Hopefully that's only on paper and not in person.
