Commercial organic farms actually do use pesticides (they just use "all natural" ones) that in some cases have been show to be more toxic than non-organic approved pesticides so idk girl maybe you're buying into the propaganda

Whey protein is not good if you have a milk ALLERGY but if you are lactose intolerant it is literally fine for most people because it doesn't contain the lactose 😭
