This lesson is something that will stick with me as I go through my own life and bring into the business world. He talks about interviews he had with people, which helps the plot move at a nice pace. As an example of his organization, he breaks down the word Team, "Targeting purpose. Effective Management. Activating Efficiency. Mutual Direction" (3). I predict that, he will discover there is more that goes into great teams. I love this book and I can't wait to see what else he has to say.
