My prediction was right, Yaeger discovers/goes more in depth on how, "Great teams manage dysfunction, friction, and strong personalities," (83). This lesson is something that will stick with me as I go through my own life and bring into the business world. He talks about interviews he had with people, which helps the plot move at a nice pace. I predict that he will go into how you can look for the good in things.

The author has a organized writing style that I love. He explains what makes good teams in the business and sports world. As an example of his organization, he breaks down the word Team, "Targeting purpose. Effective Management. Activating Efficiency. Mutual Direction" (3). I predict that, he will discover there is more that goes into great teams. I love this book and I can't wait to see what else he has to say.
