This book ended a little abruptly for me. I would have liked an epilogue. * 3.75 stars *

Ok, this is a worrying thought process.

Pop, Pop, Pop and the smell of old pennies. Shock and terror dominate the beginning of this book.

SUSPENSE

Hot damn! Liam is giving me chills!

So far , this one is really good ;)

"You saved me" "You saved me right back. Saving you saved me."

He wraps his long fingers around my dick and holds me, at first hesitantly, and then, when I remain silent, more firmly. I don’t move a muscle, not to shove him away or to shout, “What the fuck is happening here?”
“I can take your mind off all of this,” he says blandly, as if he’s offering to read aloud to me from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. “Let me help you.”

Oh, I like that excuse.

Liam stays silent, but I know he’s awake because his hands have resumed the rhythmic stroking on my back.
“Why’d you have to go and s-save me? Y-you should have let me d-die like I was supposed to!”

Really? You think we can return to college classes and keg parties as if this “unfortunate incident” never happened? To go on as if I didn’t just witness a bloody slaughter on an innocent audience of Shakespeare-lovers? You’re suggesting that I go back to my former life as if my best friend/girlfriend wasn’t fatally shot in the head when we were shoulder-to-shoulder in a crowded theater?
