Nearly done with 5 chapters of the book, and it has already taught me more about No Contact than all the therapists themselves. Precisely because it is coming straight from the Horse's mouth!

It is uncanny how reading this book really highlights the narcissist’s gameplay and how they all think in the exact same patterns. Nothing unique about what and why they do what they do. They target their prey and continue to play with them even years after when their victims thought that they got free and moved on. This book is showing me where I went wrong and how to fix it, so I no longer care to be hoovered
