Status Updates From My Zombie Boyfriend

I shook myself, wondering where that thought had come from.

At 2%... I am wondering if I should just give up now...

In theory I was aware of the whole zombie stuff, but in reality I don't feel ok with finding a dead guy, covering him in leaves and dirt so he won't be found and then dragging him to basement. It is a little bit disturbing to be honest :/

This is an unusual zombie book. Edward is a necromancer and he finds a body that he turns into a zombie. He names the Zombie Kit.

So far I am enjoying the book.

Interesting beginning if a bit weird.

"I found myself standing in the paint section of the fanciest hardware store in town with a collection of other bleak and bewildered looking men whose wives or girlfriends were giving more thought and attention to paint chips than some people give to naming their children. None of the men seemed to mind that I was there with Kit—we had a sort of solidarity that transcended petty things like sexual orientation."

Just a bit more and the book will be over. Hooray!

Can't eat regular food but can drink gallons of alcohol. Friendly this zombie.

More like a funny story instead of the typical Zombie books. I'm not sure if this is for me :(

HA, zombie 'smoothie'... --> Kit took one look at the concoction and raised his eyebrows in disbelief and disgust. “What is that supposed to be?” “It’s your food. Mmm! Delicious, brains! Zombies love brains!” I could see right away that I had gone too far. “I am not a dog or a child, Edward. And I don’t appreciate your stereotyping.” Oh, great. I had offended a zombie. What a schmuck.
