Like why is his uncle saying not to fall for her when it doesn’t matter who, just that he marries quickly?

So her bff is a multimillionaire, she’s got a job at the top marketing/PR firm, and her boss can afford to hire her an assistant. But somehow she’s in a “mountain of debt” and 2 months behind on rent - but it can all be resolved with just $10k?
