These characters and the plot are awful. Nothing makes sense and not in a good way.

This book makes zero sense.

"The attractive blue eyed man with milk chocolate skin." Repeat after me: We

"He had blue eyes with an African-American background." I'm sorry, THE FUCK?! That's not how you describe people!!

I really really really have a problem with how the author is approaching this black male main character. I appreciate her attempt at representation, but portraying him as exotic and "different than other African American" guys hurts more than it helps.

Whoa whoa whoa. You can't just start overloading us with multiple povs out of nowhere when the first 18% of the book was one guy. I'm getting confusing trying to keep all these people straight in my head.

WTF? Mark has issues.

Okay I think I have figured out what the CAN stands for now and if you want to figure it out then I suggest you get this book and read it...

I put this aside when I was reading THE TROUBLES KEEPER by SUSAN MAY and now getting back to it...This is another good book
