Decent read (and I will read more by this author) but I’m deducting half a star for the spelling mistakes.

Doing another weekend BR. This has been better than her recent choices and a new to me author. Thank heavens for a heroine with a backbone.

This book is ridiculous. I'm at 30% and not sure if I should continue. It feels like a waste of time. Too hard to connect with the story and the characters, too much telling and too little showing. Overall it's hard to believe this story. To me, it's like a bunch of out of context scenes forced together. No background, no development so far, no anything really. Everything happens because the author wants it to happen

he’s not a good father but she loves him anyway

Not sure I want to finish this. Not very appealing. He's a douche. Her life has been hard enough, and he knows that. He just comes off as mean to me.

That OW scene wasn't as bad as I expected. It's not detailed, more moans than anything else, so thats a relief

Ugh it's the end which is gonna be amazing and i just want then to admit feelings and be all lovey dovey. BUT im so sleepy i cant appreciate it so im gonna have to wait till tomorrow!!

Hm..... het pakt me nog niet echt! Btje vreemd (te voor de hand liggend) uitgangspunt wat mij betreft. We'll see....
