Generally still enjoying this, but it is starting to get a bit repetitive. I am almost there though!

I am enjoying this more than I thought I would! Yes, it is a little dated, but the main ideas are still relevant for today.

This feels like an odd read for the holiday season, but it's next on my list so here we go!

So far:
* For a meeting to work, attendees must agree on both *what* to discuss (content) and *how* to discuss it (process)
* Have a facilitator who tries to stay neutral
* Have someone taking public notes/records for everyone to see
* If your org is hierarchical, the manager should not be in one of those two roles, but should sit as another member
Nothing revolutionary yet, but it's early days.
