So far:
* For a meeting to work, attendees must agree on both *what* to discuss (content) and *how* to discuss it (process)
* Have a facilitator who tries to stay neutral
* Have someone taking public notes/records for everyone to see
* If your org is hierarchical, the manager should not be in one of those two roles, but should sit as another member
Nothing revolutionary yet, but it's early days.
