I've been enjoying this series (listening to them on audio), but I was getting kinda tired of these cyborgs. So I decided while listening to the last book that I would take a break and read other genres. But the audio book came with a bonus preview of the beginning of this book and I KNEW I shouldn't have listened to it, but dang it, now I HAVE to read it, soooo.... Guess I'm not done with cyborgs yet 😂

The both space crafts were gone. They'd lifted off the surface and had left her behind. Krell had abandoned her.

Finally, Krell beginning to show he cares for her>>>>> "She's mine and I'm not giving herup, even for you.....She's mine female."

Krell is to jealous...he would not survive

Their society is not nice...hopefully she does not need to take more male as husbands..

He may not have wanted a female in the beginning but she was his now.

he really has trust issues...it is hurting her

He was feelign too much for her, too fast, yet he couln't seem to prevent it from happening.
She mattered.

So, he has a low selfesteeem because all the female rejected him due the scars...
"I feel like now for the flash of pain I saw i her eyes when I left her room. It's just an act on her part. No woman really wants me. I'm damaged."
