*sigh* [Melodramatical plotline is melodramatical...]

My vision immediately blurs and my body starts to go limp.

“I fucked up and let you go once, Spencer. I’m not going to do it again."

*Uh-WHUT?* [Stupid statement is stupid...]

“You know that I think everything happens for a reason. Maybe your friend died so that you could have this second chance with Jesse,” he suggests gently.

*heh* [Probably so, after all that...]

“You probably have jizz on your forehead now,” I pant, lifting my head to drop a kiss to the top of his.

Spencer barks out a laugh and I love everything about the sound.

*snort* [Yeah, neither can I...]

I can’t believe I hit someone because I was checking out a guy.

I'm having a blast reading this book. It's so funny and daaaamn, Spencer is hot AF.

I don't believe it! Now his other best friend landed in the emergency room! People, stay away from Spencer, he's obviously bad luck!!

How can you say you love him?? He ignored you for 15 years! 15 YEARS!!!

' Then to top it off, I need someone to stay with me for the first 24 hours after I leave the hospital. I called a few of my friends, but none of them were able to help me out, so that left me with one person - Spencer.'

Spencer. Of course. You'll probably be in a wheelchair by the end of this story.

LOL. Again.

First you make him crash his car, now you break his nose. Why does that poor guy love you again?

And just to think that his dads have such a loving long term relationship together. Doesn't Spencer see that his own life isn't a happy one?!

He may seem like an alcoholic, but he's -God have mercy - a surgeon.

I can't stop questioning the initial plot twist that led to the current situation. Was it really worth 15 years of anger and hatred? They were teenagers, after all.

“I’m gonna tell you what you can do with your offer, Spencer. You can take it and shove it up your ass,” he snaps.'

APPLAUSE!!

“Well, I was trying to fuck this dude that lives down the street, but I couldn’t stop thinking about you, so I left and ended up here,” I admit. Damn booze.'

Oh my God! I would have thought Ezra and Ferris raised you better....

“I’m sorry, Ian. I was trying to use you to get my mind off of him, but apparently it’s not working.”

I really miss the young idealistic 15 year old Spencer. This bitter 33 year old breaks my heart...

Somehow even Spencer's smallest observations show how torn he is inside. He can never make up his mind about anything.

You're as reckless as your dad... It's just been 15 years since you broke up with Jesse. Why use a condom, right?! Man!

Spence should seriously make up his mind about Jesse. This back and forth is more than confusing..

Wow, this book is dark. I somehow understand Spencer, but living on anger is kinda painful to watch...
