I’m reaching the fourth week of the 8 weeks program. If there isn’t something wrong with the translation i’m using the book is dauntingly repetitive. I think I’ve figured the gist of what this book is trying to preach with it’s methods which is letting experiences be experienced, let thoughts be thoughts and not sth that controls you and emotions are to be felt not reacted upon.
