If you're in any way interested in buddhism or the good parts of Christianity, then this is a great book filled with beautiful quotes that you can/want to live by. Obviously the author has selected those areas that are closest to his heart, and I disagree with some areas. Which is fine, as the Dharma says 'let not two of you walk the same path'.
