Status Updates From The Old Testament

I’m not updating because of anything particular, I’m just blown away by this so far. Amy-Jill Levine is a simply WONDERFUL speaker. I haven’t read any other historian’s work on the Old Testament/Jewish texts before, so I have nothing to compare her work to yet, but the range and nuance of her comments and her analysis is based in many different methods and is simply fascinating.

Amy-Jill Levine is a Christian New Testament scholar and brings her own unique perspective to analysis of the Old Testament. She’s a phenomenal scholar and speaker and I’m really impressed so far.
