Status Updates From Threads

Yuming escaped the factory with a few of her friends. They have to make it back to town without getting caught. They have fun because they have each other. Meanwhile, Clara is on a plane flying to China to save Yuming and her friends from the pink factory. A question that I have is, If Yuming had already left the factory, and Clara is on her way, how are they going to meet or find out about each other?

The note that Clara received was from a girl in China named Yuming. Yuming was kidnapped and is being held in a factory outside of Beijing. In the note she asks for anybody who finds it to rescue her and others from the factory. Clara is shocked and tells her parents, who are now considering a trip to China. So far in the book, I would change Clara'S personality to not be as shy. I feel like her personality is boring

Clara is going through a rough time. Her adopted sister from China has just passed away due to cancer. Her mom tries to get her out of the house, and arranges a play date with Clara'S old best friend, Dahlia. They go to the mall, but when Clara feels uncomfortable,she left the mall and called her parents to pick her up. She hides behind old purses so that Dahlia doesn't find her, but in that purse, she found a note.
