Is he in there?” she rambled. “She should have told you,” he stressed. “Told me what?” Tyme yelled. “Joe is gone.”

Straightaway, a pang of empathy pricked Demeko’s heart. He didn’t know anything about Tyme, but he got the impression that life hadn't been easy for her. “Does Quillon know that you're moving out?” he asked before taking a pull from the cigar. “No, he doesn’t, so can you please not tell him? I just want to leave in peace.”

Tyme has just met Quillion’s cousin Demeko. I hope they fall for each other because Quillion is a mess and a half!!!... the things he’s doing to that girl 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Something about the scene didn’t sit well with Tyme. When the woman grabbed Quillon’s hand in a loving manner, she suddenly felt uneasy. “Tyme, this is Myka, my fiancée.” All of a sudden, Tyme felt all of her blood rush to her feet. Her small hands immediately became clammy.

His phone buzzed in his pocket so he took it out and saw that Myka had texted him. Myka: I've been thinking about it...I can’t believe that I'm agreeing to this, but if you can assure me that I’ll still be your number one girl, then you can move your lil’ side piece in. He replied to her message right away. Quillon: I'm glad that you're finally seeing things my way. You know no one will ever come before you.
