Re-reading this and wow it’s at least as lovely as the first time.

“You’ve been telling everyone we’re dating for months.”
“Yeah, but now it’s for real.”

WHY CANT SINGER AND JAKE JUST BE HAPPY THOUGH 😭

I adore Frankie 😂
And I worry about Singer and Jake.
And I want to wrap Lisa in cotton wool.
And I want Emery to provide said cotton wool.

I sometimes can feel disconnected from criss crossing storylines, but this story is just so lovely and so well written

Maybe it was because of their conversation earlier or maybe it was because this was the closest to his usual light & cheery self he’d been all day, but she didn’t immediately contradict him.
She settled for death threats. Death threats were always appropriate “I will kill all of you”
