Nothing earth shattering but comforting and logical with straightforward directions. A relief to read something that recognizes time and capacity are limited, that it’s not just poor productivity. Setting up routines, setting goals, and reviewing progress are right up my alley. Sticking to those plans??? Maybe this book will help with resistance.
