Sweet mother of pearl, this book just WILL NOT END.

Apparently this author thinks Being Hot is a personality trait, because that’s the only definition to Lorne’s character. He’s a hottie with dark hair & a Scottish accent that isn’t so strong as to require any phonetic dialogue, he broods a lot, & he looks good in a kilt—I couldn’t tell you anything else about the guy, not even the color of his eyes.

Already feels like another mediocre Zeeb: rushed backstory, uninspired prose, predictable romance. Hopefully it builds some layers as it goes…but I’m predicting 3 stars, max.

Enjoying this book a lot. It has a lot of my favorite elements. I’m a sucker for anything to do with dreams and that feeling of unexplainable deja vu.
