Marcus Nannini has a wonderful knowledge of WWII history and is familiar with the times & cultures. Detail and historic information inform the reader.
Writing style is difficult - like a 1st time writer needing a good editor. Story leaves gaps in reasoning. While the historic knowledge was evident it was not enough of a compelling addition to make the story enjoyable.
