เป็นหนังสือเกี่ยวกับโรคซึมเศร้า ที่อธิบายได้ชัดเจนมาก อ่านแล้วก็นึกถึงตัวเอง บางอย่างสิ่งที่ผู้เขียนได้เขียนไว้ มันตรงใจเรามาก คำพูดบางคำ ถึงแม้เป็นคำธรรมดา แต่มันก็มีความหมายกับเราจริงๆนะ แค่หมอถามว่า "เป็นอะไรมา" คำนี้ถึงกับฟังแล้วน้ำตาแตกเลย
