Status Updates From Re:ZERO -Starting Life in A...

I like to think that every volume where Subaru just gets brutally and diabolically tortured or otherwise suffers devastatingly is some sort of cosmic punishment for him not loving Rem back

Oh come on, Subaru, how do you straight up propose to Rem, and then be oh so devastated at REM saying “I can’t just run away with you, but I’d love to marry you and have an awesome beautiful peak life” with utmost sincerity??

Do you not feel like you’ve just been handed a life’s goal?? A life’s dream?? Quit being a bitch and Do It For Her, bro. And by her, I mean Rem and obviously not Emilia. Cmon now

Endless diabolical torture of my good pal Subaru has been a bit more interesting this time around. I said this before, but I wish Subaru wasn’t genuinely just depressed. It would make the story more exciting and less exhausting all the time. But hey! At least he’s not really annoying anymore!

Subaru…continues failing…and hating himself. Great.

Does this pedophilic author have a masochism fetish? That would be a fascinating combo!

It just hit me, no matter how much humiliation Subaru goes through, at least all of it gets invalidated as long as he rewinds time to before the event occurred. Just a consolation…

Once again, Subaru and co are on their way to the manor. To do. Something. With no extra preparation compared to the previous run.

Bro. I’m starting to get tired of this humiliation ritual for Subaru all the damn time. It exceeds realism and feels a bit gross atp.

I say that, because this past scene with Priscilla is just fetish bdsm shit man. It’s too far.

The entire time with these novels, you can tell the fucking author is kinda weird, and potentially pedophilic due to his taste for. Smaller. Characters.

Sigh. Subaru fails again…

I forgot how slow the pacing of this series was.

Also, i forgot there was straight up a guy who came from the real world there too, Al. Why the fuck has Subaru not spoken with him?? Like, personally speaking with him about how to adjust, and what his experience was like? Is that really not important??

Subaru continues to fail to garner support to save Emilia and the village…
