Status Updates From Torn Apart (Convergence #1)

Some major editing issues with this so far. There are about a billion comma splices on every page that really disrupt the reading flow.

Example: When packs arrived for a gathering, they brought as many able-bodied pack members as possible, but they did not bring every pack member, some could not make the journey, such as mothers with young cubs, and many would also remain to guard their den and defend the territory.

I normally would more than likely pass this by as I tend to judge by the cover, which I recognize that I miss out on hidden gems because of this. I'm not crazy about the cover, however, I was listening to a book blogger which could not seem to stop, for lack of better word, gushing, about this. They were over the top excited. Since we all know how exciting it is to find books like this, I've decided to take a chance.
