Chapter 3. dang it, I'm so close to D.N.Fing this book. I absolutely hate the Kimber storytelling... waaaay too many 'masters' to remember and I just don't care about her (Kimber) at all. I'm giving it a rest. Don't know if I pick it up again. The only thing keeping me from putting it down is the high rating.

I’ve become impatient with the progress of this book and set it aside temporarily, in favor of another series. It’s been a long time since I read fantasy/paranormal books with vampire and mage characters. The vampire storyline of the 1st book was more exciting. I’m trying to see how the Druid storyline plays out but I’m eager to get back to the vampire story with the king trials.
