Status Updates From La Bella Mentira: La clase ...

In my book, Jessica and Carlos had an argument about the book in Spanish and got back together. Carlos confessed to Jessica and everyone thought it was super romantic. Carlos then apologize to the Spanish professor for writing the confession. Ruben tried to turn the attention on to himself and grabbed a girls hand like Carlos did to Jessica but she yelled at Reuben and told him to let go.

Carlos doesn’t want to go to spanish because Jessica's in that class and she called him a liar. He greets the teacher he ignored him because he didn’t like Carlos’s confession, it was "Inappropriate”. His teacher ignored him when asking students questions about a book. Jessica and him were arguing about everything by using the characters in the book, Jessica called Carlos a coward and said she didn’t like cowards.

In my book, Carlos has Spanish and he doesn’t like that class because his teacher read his confession about Jessica aloud in class. He’s also very sad because of what Jessica messaged him, He showed his friend who also thinks the situation is very bad. His teachers name is Marvin and he's a very bad teacher.

In my book, Carlos goes back to his math class to get his phone back. His math teacher heard about what happened in spanish class and wants carlos to write about how amazing His math teacher is to his ex wife. His teacher also talked about how Carlos has a very poor exam grade in his class. Carlos got a text from jesica saying that she wants him but she then texted that he was a liar and she was allergic to liars.

In my book, Carlos talked about how much he hated his math teacher, he took away Carlos’s phone and now Carlos is upset because he doesn’t have it. After that, he went to lunch and saw Jessica, he freaked out and went the other direction, Jessica likes him and wants to talk to him about what happened and tell him that she feels the same way but Carlos lies and says that his confession was fake.

My least favorite character, is Ruben. He's really mean to Carlos and all he does is tease him and call him mi amour. I don't understand why or what makes him feel like he has the right to do that but it's really frustrating. Who names their kid Ruben anyway? don't get me wrong it's a very nice name but it is also the name of a sandwich, why did they name him after a sandwich? Maybe that's why he's so mean.

I am not really enjoying my book so far, there are a lot of words I don’t understand and when I look them up in the glossary, there not there. Everything is out of order and it’s really hard for me to understand the story. From what I understand, Carlos’s Spanish teacher read his report out loud and it confessed his love for Jessica, a boy (or girl, i'm not sure) is making fun of Carlos and hurting his feelings.
