Trevor finally grew a conscious but I don't like that at first he said he'd only help her save Asher if she married him! And still she called him a good man.

I don't understand why she hasn't said a WORD to Yurak about LYING about her marriage when she was so angry & determined to set him straight. It makes NO SENSE! I think he'll try to force her to marry Trevor.

I wonder if Asher can trust Gerard & why hasn't he gotten Ella's letter?

Trevor is such a snake! I honestly thought he didn't know what his father was doing! Ella should listen to Carden about how all Kings are tyrants & how he would've been too & she DEFINITELY shouldn't let him out after admitting that. Why hasn't she STILL not said anything to Yurak about his lies?

How can she not see he's manipulating her & trying to alienate her from everyone she loves while keeping her locked up where she can't even talk to them? I hate it when smart characters suddenly start acting stupid!

Ella was going to go yell at King Yurak for telling everyone she's agreed to marry his son but as soon as she means learns she isn't allowed to leave HER castle bc of some made up threat, she just accepts that as truth & FORGETS to ask him what the HELL he thinks he's doing?!! Even giving her family a house SHOULD'VE been discussed with HER seeing as it's HER family & HER kingdom!

King Yurak only gave her family that big house to get them far away from her. He's trying to alienate her from her old life & everyone in it. And the way he controls HER castle with his guards, not letting Asher visit or the villagers by keeping the gates closed is so controlling. He's no better then King Stefan. She needs to read that letter from her mom. I CAN'T believe she let Milly go b/f her position was secure!

Freeing Milly BEFORE she's crowned Queen is the STUPIDEST thing she could do! Milly hates her & will do everything she can to make sure she doesn't become Queen! I know she's angry with Yurak but she needs to use her brain!

I can't believe that her mother loved that deceitful man! How dare he lie to Asher about Ella & Trevor & then threaten to kill him & his dad if he ever tried to contact her! If he truly loved her mother, he would NEVER do something that would DESTROY her daughter! I wonder if Trevor knows...

Maybe King Yurak isn't going to kill Asher to "get rid of him". Perhaps he set up that whole scene with Asher & the blonde. Paid her to become friendly with him. It seems highly suspicious that Trevor insisted on walking her to meet Asher. He keeps telling her how important it is for her to be Queen & yet she hasn't thought to ask what would happen to her kingdom if she did choose him once he became King.

Now I'm worried that the Galder King is going to kill Asher!

Trevor is acting like a spoiled brat & he's so angry. I'm worried about what he might do to Asher, who would defend himself. If he killed Trevor, it would be bad for Ella. Galder wouldn't support her.

I've been wondering for awhile if Ivy really killed herself or if the King had her killed.

That Bitch! I don't believe for a second that Milly trying to get her family to go into the woods w/her RIGHT before they're attacked is a coincidence! She sold Ella out, knowing her family could die! She's not just the spoiled, ungrateful, mean girl I thought she was, she's ruthless! She fucked up. She could've had a cushy life in Aelawyn as the Queen's cousin but if her family dies she won't even have a home.

I actually thought Trevor was decent but he's just an insufferable, arrogant, selfish, snobby prick & I don't trust him to not try & break Ella & Asher up. He wants her to become Queen so HIS kingdom is safe but when it's his turn to be King, he'll expect her to go to Galder with him & with no other heirs, who would rule Aelawyn? He doesn't care! Besides, if she is Queen, she can surely choose who she wants to marry!

I hate entitled royals who think they deserve to have whatever & whoever they want.

Ok, so Trevor's intentions aren't all noble. He still thinks he can come between Ella & Asher, esp bc Asher is just a blacksmith & not a Prince. He doesn't know her at all. If he did, he'd know she doesn't care about titles & hates snobs. He acts like he cares about her but if that were true, he wouldn't try to come between the person she loves just bc he likes her, esp after she made it clear she WASN'T into him.
