Trust kids. Listen. Maybe don't sit them down because intimate. Let them txt you. Don't overreact. Maybe don't take phone away ( kids afraid to tell your stuff).

Lots to make me think about my own social media habits here as well as my little uns.
I hadn't expected to be thinking about the emphasis also of how social media can really get into the mind of kinds which in turn affects their confidence and sense of reality in many ways.
Nadia, Kaye and Will do a great job of reminding us about this as well as telling me about odd trends that I myself hadn't even knew existed.

Wow, I feel like I'm sat with Nadia, Kaye and Will getting the parenting advice that I never really had.
Going for a brew now but a great breakdown so far of some really great ways to interact with your children/teenagers so that you are able to keep a wise eye on them whilst making them feel comfortable to open up instead of feeling persecuted or put off from opening up about their online activities. .
