Well, that’s not how the direction of this book was going to go. I thought would be Todd and Nicola would be doing these dates and the more they did them the more they would fall for one another. Instead, they hook up, which lead to friends with benefits while Nicola wants more and struggling to tell him. He’s not all in yet. I’m wondering how this complication is going to play out.

If Todd isn’t into her yet then, he is doing some major teasing because he totally is into her. What I wasn’t expecting was when he rejected her before was he had a gf and the reason he allowed distance between them was because he was trying to work things out with the girlfriend. So, that just twists things into a different angle. We will see how things go from here.
