Status Updates From This Life I (This Life, #1)

I read the original as a fanfic and I liked the pace better. It grabbed me in almost immediately. This rewrite has me disappointed. I’m on the fourth chapter and I’m having a difficult time getting into it. It’s too slow moving for me. There’s no excitement either. There’s nothing to anticipate what happens next.
I honestly don’t know if I’ll even finish it.
