This book has all the principles that I need to learn, but I need a bit more of the example side of things to really get down to how these techniques can be applied. It’s a great start and is doing what the title says, but I want it to go that extra step with blueprints and exercises.

Very comprehensive so far. I might re-read each section individually to see how I can incorporate these principles in my business practices.

Trustworthiness, expertise, and dynamism. Got it!

The unexpected parallels between writing and selling are making me dig this book a lot: “Buyers [readers] are skeptical and watching closely for any reason not to trust the seller [writer].” Any reason to put the book back on the shelf, and it’s money still in their pockets.
